Who's the boss?

Your child is sick; he needs treatment. Your local hospital offers you one method, but you find a different method online and you think it might be better. Whose choice is it? If you’re British, it’s the hospital’s choice. A British couple was just arrested in Spain after an Interpol alert went out for removing their child out of a hospital in order to seek a different treatment in another country.The saga is ongoing.

Northern California’s Saturday morning tremor has been a disaster for Napa Valley. Wine cellars were ravaged with damaged barrels and broken bottles of premium vino spilling all over. The grapes for 2014’s harvest are still on the vines, but storing them will be a problem, too, because of damaged facilities.!

Tremor: earthquake = chấn động, động đất nhẹ
Barrels: large containers for liquids = thùng rượu
Wine cellars: places to store wine = hầm rượu
Ravaged: destroyed = bị tàn phá
Premium: of superior quality = cao cấp
Vino: wine = rượu vang

Wine’s a name game—and appearance, too! Experts rate hard-to-pronounce wines as better, and wines in nicer bottles as more expensive. But the same wine with simple names and bottles—they rated them cheap!
